Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner.

Clients are responsible for securing necessary licenses, copyrights, or permissions for any content they provide.

Any delays caused by the Client in providing requested materials or approvals may result in timeline adjustments and potential additional fees.
Revisions and Approvals

Each service includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may be subject to extra fees.

Clients must approve final deliverables in writing before project completion.
Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the project.

Culture Brand Consulting will not disclose client information to third parties unless required by law or with explicit client consent.
Limitation of Liability

Culture Brand Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

We do not guarantee specific results from branding, SEO, or marketing efforts due to external factors beyond our control.
Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an ongoing agreement with written notice.

If the Client terminates the agreement before completion, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

Culture Brand Consulting reserves the right to terminate an agreement if the Client breaches any terms or engages in unethical behavior.
Third-Party Services

We may recommend or use third-party tools or services as part of our solutions. Culture Brand Consulting is not responsible for issues arising from third-party providers.

Clients agree to the terms of any third-party services used in their projects.
Website Hosting and Maintenance

If Culture Brand Consulting provides website hosting and maintenance, the terms of service will be outlined in a separate agreement.

Clients are responsible for ongoing maintenance if they choose to host their website independently.
Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.

If no resolution is reached, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in New York State.

The prevailing party in any dispute may recover reasonable legal fees and costs.
